COVID-19 Policy and Procedures
James R. Morrison Photography wants to assure you of its continued commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment as we return to work during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of those efforts, we are implementing a COVID-19 Policy and Procedures to protect you, your coworkers, and your families. Effective immediately, these COVID-19 safe-session policies will apply to all sessions and will continue to evolve as health information dictates. Please read this policy carefully.

>   All photography sessions will be held in non-studio locations. This may be an office, a low-traffic area, or a location that fits your personal brand.

>   We ask the location to be clean and all surfaces disinfected with an approved disinfectant prior to the photography session.

>   All of our equipment will be sanitized prior to arrival.

>   The James R. Morrison Photography members have been fully vaccinated, however, we will continue to wear masks during sessions.

>   We recommended Clients will wear masks before and after the session.

>   James R. Morrison Photography’s members will and Clients should wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon arrival to the location.

>   A minimum-touch policy is in place which means no handshakes and limited adjusting of the client's hair, makeup, or clothing.

>   Clients are asked to be physically separated by a distance suggested by the CDC if possible while waiting to be photographed.

>   We will leave the location immediately after the session(s) is complete. The session images will be made available for review online within 48 hours.

>   48-hour contract cancellation policy waived if Covid-19 related illness occurs.

>   If either Photographer or Clients feels sick prior to the session or day of, especially fever or cough, the photo session will be rescheduled.

>   If Clients or Photographers feel unsafe at any time during the session, the session will end and both client and photographer will determine how to proceed.

For your protection and safety, answering these basic questions will reduce any concerns you and your associates may have during your photography session.

>   Have you had a fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, any other COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days?

>   Have you been around anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days?

>   Are you living with anyone who is or has been sick, quarantined, or known positive for COVID-19?

>   Have you traveled out of the country or state for the past 14 days?
